I will be taking the plat to the August 5 board <br />meeting for discussion and our comments will be forwarded shortly after. This <br />will be the first meeting at which the District will have an opportunity to <br />discuss the plat. Since you requested some comment be forwarded prior to <br />August 3, I do not see any problems with the plat and I will recommend a pre- <br />liminary approval on the part of the Board. A permit will be required from <br />the developer, however, for site grading and alteration.
