-2- <br />Surface Drainage <br />Surface drainage is designed to flow to the existing county ditch <br />located within the property. Drainage design features shall be <br />reviewed prior to approval of a final plat. <br />Sanitary Sewer <br />Sewage disposal for this subdivision shall be provided by the instal- <br />lation of 8" sewer lines that which will flow to the existing sewer <br />on Lahore Road and Arcade Street. <br />The development cannot be served by Municipal water as it is unvail- <br />able. <br />Park <br />Park dedication for this plat should be cash. <br />Boulevard Trees <br />It is recommended that the Developer be required to furnish and <br />install boulevard trees at the rate of one per lot, the plant size <br />and species to be approved by the Planning Commission or Building <br />Inspector. Minimum size should be 2" at a point 6" above ground. <br />Utility and Street Construction <br />Arrangements of the installation of utilities and street construc- <br />tion should be made prior to approval of the final plat. <br />Soil Investigation <br />We concur with the recommendation contained in the soil report <br />provided by the Developer.
