This will involve the possibility of a lot <br />division for properties of 335 to 347 East Little Canada Road. <br />The description of the property on 347 is , St. John's City, Com., at <br />SWLY corner of ,c <br />f Lot 15, Plat number 67100, parcel number 15100. <br />Description for 335, 335 1/2 and 339 is, St. John's City, St. John's <br />St., Vac. adj. to lot 14, plat number 67100, parcel number 14000. <br />Total frontage from 335 to 347 is <br />For lots 335 and 335 1/2, I would <br />frontage. For 339, Z would like <br />for 347 1 would like <br />approximately 1 cj l> <br />like to have 5-f-.57-'" <br />7 C' -, amount of frontage, and <br />my plans would be to separate 335 and 335 1/2 from 339 and give 339 more <br />property from 347. <br />Because of the time, effort and money invested by me for the improvement <br />of this section of Little Canada Road and because of the insufficient <br />lighting there will be after the tavern is closed, I would like to also <br />ask the council about the possible installation of an archlight on the <br />telephone pole on the North side of Little Canada Road between 331 and <br />335. <br />One other matter that 1 would like to inquire about is if a recommendation <br />can be made, of a person who would haul clean fill into the lot behind <br />347. I have not been able to locate anyone who will do this. <br />If these matters could be discussed before the next meeting I would <br />be most grateful. ± will be present at the next meeting and would like <br />to have some concrete answers.
