<br />1st: (If a Club) That it is a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, that it has more
<br />Owned
<br />than fifty members, and that it has for more than a year past Hired the building or space hereinbefore described. That
<br />Leased
<br />none of its members, officers, agents, or employees are paid directly or indirectly any compensation by way of profit
<br />from such sale beyond reasonable salary or wages, as provided by law.
<br />2nd: (If a Hotel) That it is an establishment having a resident proprietor or manager where in consideration of
<br />payment, food and lodging, are regularly furnished to transients, all as by law provided.
<br />3rd. That applicant is a citizen of the United. States, is over 21 years of age and of good moral character and repute.
<br />4th. That applicant has not been convicted of any wilful violation of any law of the United States, the State of Minne-
<br />sota, or any local ordinance with regard to the Manufacture, Sale, Distribution or possession for sale or distribution of
<br />"intoxicating liquors ", and has never had a license revoked for any wilful violation of any such laws or ordinances.
<br />5th. That the premises herein described are not included within any territory wherein the sale of intoxicating liquor
<br />is prohibited by any charter law or ordinance, so far as applicant can ascertain.
<br />Applicant hereby agrees to abide and be governed by, all Laws, Rules, Ordinances and regulations,
<br />of the United States, the State of Minnesota and of this Municipality, pertaining to the sale of "intoxi-
<br />cating liquor."
