The <br />attached report covers the Seventh Period, from ,July 1, 1976 <br />through December 31, 1976. <br />You are also required to publish the completed form in a <br />newspaper of general circulation in your locality and advise <br />the news media that a copy of the report has been published. <br />By publicly announcing the planned usage of revenue <br />sharing funds, you are encouraging your citizens to express <br />their views and to take a more active role in their government. <br />Before completing the report, first carefully read ` all the <br />instructions, and then fill in the requested information.
