That Leased none of its members, officers, agents, or employees are paid directly or indirectly any compensation by way of profit from such sale beyond reasonable salary or wages, as provided by law. 2nd: (If a Hotel) That it is an establishment having a resident proprietor or manager where in consideration of payment, food and lodging, are regularly furnished to transients, all as by law provided. 3rd. That applicant is a citizen of the United States, is over 21 years of age and of good moral character and repute. 4th. That applicant has not been convicted of any wilful violation of any law of the United States, the State of Minne- sota, or any local ordinance with regard to the Manufacture, Sale, Distribution or possession for sale or distribution of "intoxicating liquors ", and has never had a license revoked for any wilful violation of any such laws or ordinances. 5th.
