Additional <br />copies of the Rules and Regulations are available from the <br />District upon request. Permit Application Forms will soon be <br />available at every Municipal Clerks' Office located within the <br />District. No doubt there will be difficulties associated with <br />the implementation of the Rules and Regulations. We invite <br />your suggestions and comments on any aspect of their application <br />The District is determined to -avoid unnecessary duplication or <br />cumbersome procedures in carrying out its responsibilities. <br />Our regular meetings are held at the office of the Ramsey County <br />Soil and Water Conservation District located at 1827 North St. <br />Paul Road, mid - America Bank Building, Maplewood, Minnesota 55109 <br />The Baod of Managers meets at that location on the first and <br />third Thursday of each month commencing at 6:30 p.m. The mailing <br />address of the District is P.
