Fry <br />St. Paul Minn. 55113 <br />SUB: APPLICATIONS <br />ON -SALE <br />INTOXICATING <br />LIQUOR LICENSES. <br />Dear Mr. Cossack, <br />In reviewing your application with the attorney, it was pointed <br />out that all questions on the application must be answered. <br />Enclosed is a copy of, Chapter Five, Liq. 41 -49 of the State <br />of Minnesota, Laws pertaining to, On -Sale intoxicating Liquor licenses. <br />You will note that on page 33, Liq -44- (•b ) of the liquor laws <br />indicates that a description of the property must be given. <br />It is also necessary that you fill an " On Sale Liquor Bond " <br />with the application. The bond to be in the amount of $ 3,000.00. <br />( see Liq -44.) <br />Enclosed is another application form.
