It is our understanding that at this time the Project is to consist of the. Complete Demolition and Removal of the Existing Warming House and the Construction of a New Warming House with Toilet Rooms in the immediate vicinity. The Budget for the. Work of the Project has been established by the City of Little Canada as being $150,000.00 and shall be confirmed. prior to the Bidding Phase of this Project based upon the Architect's Estimate of Construction Costs. The Work is to he accomplished per Architectural Drawings to be furnished by this office under separate Agreement and the Work is to attain Substantial Completion by Fall, 2013 We propose to provide the following Construction Management Services for our Phases of the Work: I..) Initial Cost Estimate 2.) Preparation of Bid Packages 3.) BiddingtNegotiations and Award Recommendations 4.) Preparation /Execution of Agreements for Construction and Purchase Orders 5.) Receive Certificates of Insurance 6.) Preparation and Maintenance of Schedule for Construction 7.) Conduct Preconstruction Conference 8.) Maintain Daily Log of Construction Activities 9.) Process Shop Drawings 10.) Process Change Orders and Field. Change Directives 11.) Administer the Agreements for Construction and Coordinate the Scheduled Activities and Responsibilities of the Contractors with each other and with those of the Construction Manager and the Owner 22
