Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 <br />Gentlemen. <br />This letter is to describe the request for the proposed Industrial <br />Building in the Little Canada Industrial Park, presently under <br />development by Ray Kroiss. The intent on the building is to build <br />a building constructed of approximately 27,298 square feet with <br />approximately ten percent (10 %) of the space used for offices. You <br />will note on additional drawings the details of said building. <br />We intend to begin construction as soon as building permit and financing <br />is approved. There will be a number of investors and users ranging <br />from Manufacturer representatives in construction tool through distri- <br />butors in detergents and cleaning products. The range of footage use <br />will vary from 5000 to 15,000 square feet. We also have a need for <br />approximately 15,000 square feet for a machine company. We will have all <br />of the details completed for the May 9th, 1979 meeting where we will be <br />making a request for the preliminary resolution for approval by the City <br />of Little Canada for the financing under a tax exempt mortgage.
