The costs and revenues for Arden Hills are shown separately since <br />they own their own car and depreciation is not taken on it. <br />As is shown on the statement, the revenues generated at 20Q per mile for <br />the Regular Villages and Falcon Heights did not cover the operating ex- <br />penses for 1978. <br />In view of the sharp increases we are experiencing in gasoline prices <br />and the uncertainty of what they will be in the future, we strongly <br />recommend that the charge per mile be increased to something in excess <br />of 20c per mile as soon as possible. <br />JVH:cu <br />cc: Larry Brown, Executive Director <br />0 <br />
