MILAN. 55119 <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting, <br />Planning Commission- City of Little Canada <br />July 6, 1979 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada <br />was held on the the 6th of July, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. at 515 Little Canada Road <br />in said City. <br />The following members were present: Pete Costa,Virginia Fisher,Gene DeLonais, <br />Dennis Forsberg, Ralph Nardini and Frank Winiecki. <br />The following members were absent: Jack Radford, Dick Boss III, and Joe <br />Vitale, Jr. <br />Minutes of the June 7th, 1979 meeting were approved. <br />YORKTON PROPOSAL: Representatives Larry Lee and Jack Welch appeared requesting <br />final approval for plat descriptions of the 1st two buildings, <br />also, need approval on 2 new building concepts. All buildings <br />will have the same materials. The first to be built will be <br />a small building on S. Owasso Blvd.- 14,000 sq. ft.- parking <br />space ok, and has sprinkler system. <br />Motion made by Ralph Nardini to accept all 4 buildings as <br />presented. <br />DUPRE: <br />ART RYAN: <br />Seconded by Frank Winiecki. <br />Amended that landscaping, plan be ready at the next council <br />meeting. <br />Carried 6 -0. <br />Final plans. Building to start at the end of this month. <br />Set back taken care of. Correct parking. Landscaping -- <br />trees and grass. <br />Motion made by Virginia Fisher to accept final plans of <br />Freeway Land Co. <br />Seconded by Gene DeLonais. <br />Carried 6 -0. <br />Requests approval of 1 more building -Lot 2 of Block 3. <br />120 x 40 sq. ft. on larger lot. 11 parking spaces- used for <br />warehouse. Set backs o.k. Landscaped in front of offices. <br />Bond posted. This completes the entire block. <br />Motion made by Frank Winiecki to accept building. <br />001 <br />
