BE IT FURTHER AGREED, 1. That the City agrees to govern and control the public use of said right -of- way for snowmobile recreational purposes through applicable park and city ordinances, and answer all complaints that arise as a result of such snowmobile operation. 2. That the City agrees to adequately sign the right -of -way for snowmobile speed, noise control, safety operation. 3. That the City shall be responsible for obtaining any crossing or use permits required by any other public agencies, railroads, or private companies. 4. That the City agrees to reimburse the Board for any repair costs incurred as a result of snowmobile damage to existing sod, trees, fencing or water conduit facilities. 5. That the City agrees to defend and save and hold the Board and City of Saint Paul harmless from any civil actions or liability arising out of the uses authorized by the City. 6. That the Board shall retain sole discretation and rights to cancel the "limited use permit" hereinbefore granted and to resume full and sole use and propri- torship of'said property upon 60 days notice in writing directed to the City as its principal office address where listed. BE IT FURTHER AGREED, That the permission and authority granted by the said Board herein to the said City is subject to all the terms and conditions contained in that certain Agreement made by and between said Board and said City the 13th day of July, 1966, which Agreement is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof with the same force and effect as if set forth herein verbatim.
