PARSONS, OF THE ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEER'S, HE INFORMED <br />ME THAT THEY WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON THESE TWO <br />APPLICATIONS, ( He will inform the City when the hearings <br />will be held) After the hearings they will make a recom- <br />mendation.
