Thomas Osthoff <br />Land Records <br />Re: Parcel Code: 53- 25100- 242 -00 <br />Auditors #1740 <br />It has been brought to our attention that the above referenced <br />parcel did not have the Sanitary Sewer assessment (previously deferred) <br />on the 1978 tax roll. This deferment was cancelled on 11/9/77 , so the <br />first installment should have been collected with the 1978 taxes. <br />We would like to suggest a new resolution with the length of time <br />changed now to 10 years at 8% interest. <br />We can adjust our records for this year and send out a corrected <br />pay statement reflecting the first installment on this Sanitary Sewer <br />assessment. <br />The date of the new resolution will determine how much interest we <br />will charge for the first installment only. <br />We regret the inconvenience to you and the property owner in this <br />matter and trust that a new resolution will straighten out this, problem. <br />If you have any further questions, feel free to call Jeanne at 298 -4167. <br />Very truly yours, <br />WILLIAM M.
