Planning Commission Meeting <br />October 4, 1979 <br />Page 2 <br />JAMES MEYER: <br />ROUND LAKE <br />OFFICE PARK: <br />Wishes an extension of 38 feet to the south of his Shopping <br />Center on Lakeshore. He wishes approval. Will conform to <br />requests of Midwest Planner. Asks to have zoning R -1 <br />Changed to B -2 on 38 feet to be used for parking. <br />A motion was made by Joe Vitale, Jr. to approve the above <br />concept. <br />Seconded by Dennis Forsberg. <br />Motion carried 8 -0, <br />A motion was made by Joe Vitale, Jr. to split residential <br />lot as requested. <br />Seconded by Ralph Nardini. <br />Motion carried 8 -0. <br />John Newell proposed two new office buildings north of present <br />Ar -Mon Shopping Center - Little Canada Road and Market Place <br />Drive. All phases of recommendations made by Midwest Planners <br />were reviewed and they will be followed by Ar -Mon. Drainage <br />is being discussed with the City Engineer and Ar -Mon will <br />follow the recommendations made by Engineer. Buildings will <br />have sprinkling system. <br />Gene DeLonais made a motion to accept Ar -Mon subject to <br />Midwest Planner's suggestions and recommendations by <br />City Engineer. <br />Seconded by Jack Radford. <br />Motion carried 7 -0 (Joe Vitale, Jr. abstained) <br />Dennis Forsberg made a motion to adjourn at 9:10 p.m. <br />Seconded by Joe Vitale, Jr. <br />Motion carried 8 -0. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Virginia Fisher, Secretary <br />Little Canada Planning Commission <br />VF:bj <br />
