PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />515 LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINN. 55117 <br />Minutes of the Special Meeting <br />Planning Commission - City of Little Canada <br />'October 19, 1978 <br />The special meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada was held on the 19th day of October, 1978 at 7:30 <br />p.m. at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members were present: Peter Costa, Earl Rossez, <br />Michael Fahey, Richard Boss (8 :00 p.m.), Eugene DeLonais, Virginia <br />Fisher, Dr. Keenan (7:45 p.m.), Ralph Nardini and Joseph Vitale: <br />The following Planners were present: Brad Nielsen and David Licht. <br />The following members were absent? John Radford and Frank Winiecki. <br />The minutes from the last meeting stand approved as read. <br />• <br />R & S AUTO Mr. Louis Rusted appeared for approval of site <br />plans for R. & S Auto. <br />A motion was made by Virginia Fisher to approve <br />the site plans. <br />Seconded by Earl Rossez. <br />Carried: 7 -0 <br />David Licht summarized the Proposed Comprehensive Plan. Following <br />a discussion, these motions were made: <br />1. Ralph Nardini Moved to approve District 1 as presented.' <br />Gene DeLonais seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried 9 -0. <br />2. Dr. Keenan moved to approve District 2 as presented. <br />Gene DeLonais seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried 9 -0. <br />3. Joe Vitale moved to approve District 3 as presented. <br />Richard Boss seconded the motion. <br />Carried 9 -0. <br />4. Ralph Nardini moved to approve District 4 as presented. <br />Joe Vitale seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried 9 -0. <br />
