LOCATION, FEES AND REGISTRATION The conference registration fee is $30.00, which includes tuition and in - structional materials. NO MEALS OR REFRESHMENTS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS FEE. Those of you who are not purchasing a meals /accommodations package from Cra — gun's can buy the meal tickets you need at the conference registration table on Wednesday morning. Costs are: Wednesday luncheon /refreshments - $6.38; Wednesday dinner - $7.54; Thursday luncheon /refreshments - $6.38; Thursday banquet - $8.98; Friday luncheon/break - $5.80. Registrations should be re - ceived by the University of Minnesota no later than March 14, 1979. Registra- tion is personal, non- transferable, and is made for the entire period of the conference. We reserve the right to cancel the program if necessary. Cragun's resort is located seven miles west of Brainerd on County Highway 77. Cragun's provides comfortable accommodations, excellent food and scenic sur - roundings. Special yioup package rates which include rreals, coffee breaks, and accommodations are as follows: TWO NIGHTS /SIX MEALS THREE NIGHTS /SEVEN MEALS Single occupancy: Double occupancy: Triple occupancy: $110.07 $ 73.38 $ 65.23 $141.93 $ 94.64 $ 82.41 We encourage you to register as soon as possible, because all reservations will be handled on a first -come, first - served basis. We anticipate that Cra- gun's facilities will fill up quickly, so additional accommodations will be provided at Cronoble's and Kavanaugh's, neighboring facilities a short dis - tance from Cragun's. The fee structure encourages multiple registration; we hope you will choose double or triple occupancy to allow most registrants to be accommodated at Cragun's. Rather than require both a conference registration fee and a resort deposit, we ask that you complete both forms following the conference schedule and forward them to the address listed on the bottom of the applications, enclos- ing either the registration fee or a purchase order.
