Please in- <br />dicate your need for such consultation in the space provided on the con- <br />ference registration form. <br />LOCATION, FEES AND REGISTRATION <br />The conference registration fee is $30.00, which includes tuition and in - <br />structional materials. NO MEALS OR REFRESHMENTS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS FEE. <br />Those of you who are not purchasing a meals /accommodations package from Cra — <br />gun's can buy the meal tickets you need at the conference registration table <br />on Wednesday morning. Costs are: Wednesday luncheon /refreshments - $6.38; <br />Wednesday dinner - $7.54; Thursday luncheon /refreshments - $6.38; Thursday <br />banquet - $8.98; Friday luncheon/break - $5.80. Registrations should be re - <br />ceived by the University of Minnesota no later than March 14, 1979. Registra- <br />tion is personal, non- transferable, and is made for the entire period of the <br />conference. We reserve the right to cancel the program if necessary. <br />Cragun's resort is located seven miles west of Brainerd on County Highway 77. <br />Cragun's provides comfortable accommodations, excellent food and scenic sur - <br />roundings. We anticipate that Cra- <br />gun's facilities will fill up quickly, so additional accommodations will be <br />provided at Cronoble's and Kavanaugh's, neighboring facilities a short dis - <br />tance from Cragun's. The fee structure encourages multiple registration; we <br />hope you will choose double or triple occupancy to allow most registrants to <br />be accommodated at Cragun's. <br />Rather than require both a conference registration fee and a resort deposit, <br />we ask that you complete both forms following the conference schedule and <br />forward them to the address listed on the bottom of the applications, enclos- <br />ing either the registration fee or a purchase order.
