MEMMER <br />I have reviewed the attached Agreement for Professional Planning <br />Services submitted by Brad Nielsen. I am of the opinion that the <br />agreement is in proper form and the terms are complete and reasonable. <br />The only item I would question is A.1. on page one. We should determine <br />what time restrictions should control the assistance given by the planner <br />to the developer and whether the city will charge back this expense to <br />the developer.
