Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District
0
1
tii
Y n
Mr. Paul J. Sprosty
232 Maria Avenue
St. Paul, Minnesota 55106
Re: District Permit 11138
Dear Mr. Sprosty:
P.O. Box 2128 St. Paul, Minnesota 55109
February 14, 1980
The Board of Managers is pleased to see that you have removed your sign
advertising for fill and replaced it with a sign which specifies the type of
fill which is not acceptable. The Board does, however, feel that because it
is difficult for you to regulate what actually is being deposited on your
land, that the area shall be fenced or roped of:E. Also, an additional sign
shall be posted which would indicate a phone number at which an individual
could reach you to let you know that he would like to deposit fill on your.
property. You could then arrange to meet him at your site, inspect the
material as it is being placed, and also give direction as to where the fill
material should be placed. Fencing the area may also serve as a deterrent
for people attempting to use your site as a dump.
Miscellaneous construction debris not previously on site when permit 138
was granted, shall be removed by March 10, 1980, so as to comply with the
permit.
If you have any questions concerning the District's requirements, please
contact the District's engineering advisor, Mr. Steven M. .Klein at 920 -0655.
REL /k
c: City Clerk, Little Canada
Mr. Dan Comeau, PCA
Mr. Doug Wood, Ramsey County
7
Sincerely,
Roger E.
