RESOLUTION <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY -11 -1979 <br />CONTINUED <br />Assessment <br />Deletion <br />S. SWR -2- <br />Parcel <br />53- 03110- <br />020-54 <br />Mr. De Bace introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79- 7 -360- <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DELETION OF SANITARY <br />SEWER ASSESSMENT N0. -2- AGAINST PARCEL 53- 03110- <br />020-54-. AUD- o716 -D /P -0033. <br />WHEREAS: Pursuant to a council resolution adopted on, <br />Oct. -14 -1970, the special assessment for the <br />construction of San. Sewer No -2- were leveid <br />against parcel 53- 03110- 020 -54 in the amount <br />of $ 153.00 ( 16 ft) And <br />WHEREAS: No sanitary sewer abutts the above mentioned <br />parcel. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCI OF THE CITY <br />OF LITTLE CANADA. <br />Tha the assessment against the above mentioned <br />parcel is hereby deleted. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr Nadeau. <br />Ayes -5 -,De Bace,Nadeau,Scalze, Fahey and Hanson. <br />Nayes -0- <br />Resolution adopted. <br />Page -240- <br />
