ars <br />October 27, 1977 <br />City of Little Canada <br />Attention: Joseph Claybeck <br />Dear Sir: <br />The purpose of this letter is show intent that Lee and Gordon Haugen are <br />to have designed by Fain Ideations and constructed by PHM Construction <br />Company, a mini storage facility on the western half of J. F. Eisemengers <br />garden lots #24 and #23. Tha facilities consist of four structures ap- <br />proximately 30 X 300 feet for a total of 9,000 square feet each for a <br />total of 36,000 square feet. The area being considered for the structures <br />consists of 4.16 acres for a total of 19.9 percent lot coverage. The <br />structures are to consist of concrete block, perimeter walls, with a <br />steel deck and joist system. Two of the buildings are to have living <br />quarters. The living quarters will consist of 1,200 square feet. These <br />living quarters will be occupied by Lee and Gordon Haugen who will act as <br />owners, lessors, and security supervisors. <br />It is the intent of Fain Ideations and PHM Construction Company to design <br />and construct the facility commencing this fall. <br />If you have any questions regarding the above mentioned structure, please <br />feel free to call me at your convenience at 483 -6618. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jack J.
