PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF LITTLE CANADA ' 515 LITTLE CANADA ROAD LITTLE CANADA. MINN. ASI17 Minutes of the regular meeting, Planning Commission - City of Little Canada March 7, 1980 The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada was held on the 6th day of March, 1980, at 7:30 p.m. at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. All members were present: Sharon Timmons, Joseph Vitale, Jr., Dennis Forsberg, Virginia Fisher, Frank Winiecki, Pete Costa, Gene DeLonais, Thomas DuCharme, Dick Boss III. RAYMOND HANSON: Mayor Hanson spoke at the beginning of the meeting about a delegate to Ramsey League of Local Governments, March 19, 1980 at Mr. Pedro's, 6th & Cedar. He also welcomed the two new members. MINUTES: Minutes of previous meeting were not received by members. NOMINATIONS OF OFFICERS: Pete Costa - Chairman Gene DeLonais - Vice - Chairman Virginia Fisher - Vice - Chairman Sharon Timmons - Secretary Virginia Fisher elected Vice - Chairman - 5 to 4. The Chairman instructed the Secretary to cast a white ballot for Chairman and Secretary - unanimous. P & R INVESTMENT Mr. Dan O'Brien appeared with landscaping plans for P & R Investment. The building was redesigned accord- ing to the Planning Commission's suggestions. He requested approval of the new landscape plan so he can go ahead. Firm price $5,067.00 - 45 parking spaces. Leaseable space - 10,000 sq feet. Special- ized designing for Mr. Farinaci - not readily adapta- ble to other use. Work will be done on front of building to improve the looks. Check set -back on Bill Stenger's storage. Joe Vitale made a motion to approve the plans submitted with attached Margolis landscaping. Seconded by Gene DeLonais - grant a variance on the short 5 car spaces. Motion carried: 9 -0.
