Sprosty 97/- 3 /o 7 <br />232 Maria Avenue <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55106 <br />Re: Filling of Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 of <br />Blomquist Lakside Addition <br />Dear Mr. Sprosty: <br />On November 1, 1979, the Board of Managers reviewed your application <br />for the above described project. The motion was duly made, 'seconded and <br />passed approving your application, providing the following provisions are <br />met: <br />1. Minimum floor elevations of any building to be constructed on Lots <br />5, 6, 7, and 8 of Blomquist Lakeside Addition are to be 1 foot <br />above the centerline elevation of Keller Parkway adjacent to each <br />of the respective lots. <br />2. Side slopes on the county ditch which passes through this addition <br />shall be no steeper than 1 foot vertical rise and 4 feet horizontal <br />distance. <br />3. Fill on Lots 6, 7 and 8 shall not extend farther west than the east <br />100 feet of each respective lot; the east line being the west <br />right -of -way line of Feller Parkway. <br />4. That portion of Lots 6, 7, and 8 which lies west of the east <br />100 feet of said lots must be dedicated to the City of Little <br />Canada for drainage and utility easements. <br />5. On Lot 7, any fill (other than that already in place) which is to <br />be placed between the existing fill and the county ditch must be <br />clean fill, inert in nature; it cannot be comprised of demolition <br />material including asphalt, concrete, shingles, sheetrock, or any <br />oily material. <br />
