January 21, 1980 <br />Planning Commission <br />City Council <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 <br />To Whom it May Concern, <br />My name is Ross Freeman and I have always lived at 336 <br />Little Canada Road in Little Canada. I attended Little <br />Canada Elementery School, Capital View Junior High and <br />graduated from Kellogg Sr. High School. MY brother and . <br />I own and operate the Vadnais Vine and Liquor Store <br />located at 777 County Road D. <br />Because I have always been a resident of Little Canada, <br />I feel I know the area and the people very -well. I would <br />also like to carry on a family tradition. Since 1858 <br />to the present time, my family have been involved in <br />making Little Canada a good place to live. J. P. Melancon <br />and Louis Melanson, first Clerk and first Mayor of Little <br />Canada were Great Uncles. Roy Nadeau, Roy Nadeau, Jr. <br />and Gordon Nadeau are also relatives that have served <br />the City. I would like to contribute nay service to the <br />City of Little Canada and help in continuing to made our <br />.
