r1 <br />NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS INC. <br />February 5, 1980 <br />CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES <br />This Agreement made this day of , 1980, by and between <br />the CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA, a Minnesota Municipal Corporation, here- <br />inafter referred to as Client, and NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS, INC., <br />hereinafter referred to as the Consultant, relating to the employment of Consultant as <br />follows: <br />A. OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />1. The Client had contracted for services in compliance with Mandatory Land <br />Planning for completion of a comprehensive planning program as described <br />in Exhibit A of this Agreement. Upon determination by the Client, the <br />Agreement for completion of this service with its prior consultant has been <br />officially terminated. Following due consideration, the Client has authorized <br />the execution of this Agreement in order to complete the unfinished portions <br />of its comprehensive planning program. <br />2. The proposal, dated 26 August 1977, is attached hereto as Exhibit A and <br />incorporated herein by reference. For purposes of determining the scope <br />of services to be performed, the proposal is considered to be an integral <br />part of this Agreement. <br />3. The Consultant shall complete the unfinished Tasks III through VII as <br />described in Exhibit A of this Agreement. <br />B. PRODUCTS TO BE PROVIDED BY CONSULTANT <br />The products provided by the Consultant shall be as described in the proposal, Tasks III <br />through VII, which is attached as Exhibit A of this Agreement, which were not completed <br />under prior contractual arrangements. <br />C. PRODUCTS TO BE PROVIDED BY CLIENT <br />The following products are to be furnished to the Consultant by the Client: <br />1. Available relevant material pertaining to completion of the project. <br />2.
