26 August 1977 <br />TO: Little Canada Planning Commission <br />Based upon your request doted 15 August 1977, we have prepared a proposal to <br />assist you with formulation of plans in compliance with the Mandatory Land Planning <br />Act. Our proposal h based upon a review of the Mandatory Planning Requirements, <br />the Little Canada Metropolitan Systems Statement and your current plans and develop- <br />ment regulations. <br />Should our proposal be the one selected, we are prepared to initiate work with the <br />Commission and City immediately upon formal authorization. <br />In prior communications and at our meeting on 4 August, we provided you with an <br />outline of Midwest Planning's areas of specialty, listing of' past and present compre- <br />hensive planning projects and resumes of senior personnel available to assist the <br />City of Little Canada on their planning program. We would appreciate your referral <br />to this material as you review our proposal which is attached. <br />We are sincerely interested in working with you and would appreciate the opportunity <br />to serve the City of Little Canada.
