FIRM QUALIFICATIONS <br />Midwest Planning is a firm having over twenty years of experience in providing <br />assistance to communities for comprehensive plans and ordinance revisions. A <br />listing of plans completed within the last two and one -half years, plus those <br />currently underway was provided as part of the informational packet previously <br />submitted to the Planning Commission. <br />Questions concerning the Midwest Planning and Research, Inc. proposal should be <br />directed to Mr. David Licht. We are also available for a presentation of our <br />proposal before the Planning Commission, if such should be desired. <br />12 <br />69 . <br />
