LITTLE CANADA /VADNAIS HEIGHTS FREE PRESS <br />1979 AGREEMENT AND RESULTS <br />December 12, 1979 <br />The 1979 present agreement indicates that Little Canada used <br />1722 inches on communication material, official proceedings <br />and so forth outside of the legal notice that is required <br />by law. <br />For this, Press Publications charged the City of Little Canada <br />$2874.96 for the year or $239.58 a month. <br />Based on current advertising rates, the 1722 inches would <br />total $3375.12. <br />If charged at the legal line rate, the estimated cost for the <br />year would have been $5854.80. <br />The current circulation distributed free to Little Canada/ <br />Vadnais Heights residents totals 3328 copies. <br />This distribution is broken down in Little Canada as follows: <br />Motor 'Route <br />Carriers` \. <br />', 800 <br />275 <br />Apartments ) 378 <br />Total number <br />mailed to <br />businesses \200 <br />The only deficiencies that we are aware of is in some of <br />the apartment complexes. <br />
