The building will conform <br />to the topography of the site and will be visible from Highway 36. <br />Phase one will start this summer if all plans are approved, <br />Phase 2 and Phase 3 in 1981 and 1982. <br />In P.U.D. concept, the use of the buildings has to be developed <br />along with development plans approved by city. <br />Motion to approve the general concept of the plan with specific <br />approval of Phase 1 (no specific approval of Phase 2 and Phase 3) <br />providing all provisions in letter dated Jun 4, 1980 from <br />Brad Nielsen are adhered to was made by Gene DeLonais, Seconded <br />by Joe Vitale <br />Discussion; Brad Nielsen stated that the property is Zoned I1 <br />the city might want to specify uses in BW districts as specified <br />in Comprehensive Plan. City Council should have public meeting on <br />concept and after approval, Cameron Development should come back <br />for specific building plan approval. <br />Motion carried: 6-0 <br />Lee Property Division: <br />Mr. Charles Lee appeared with proposal for lot split on <br />property he wishes to buy at 1003 E. Co. Rd.
