This would become
a very dangerous intersection with Keller Parkway.
We would, therefore, recommend that it be a private driveway
as opposed to a public street.
Mr. Lee came to our office a few days ago to discuss sewer service.
This can be accomplished by gravity into the pumping station on
Diana Lane which we recommend.
It could also be accomplished by a, small pump either collectively
or individually from the three proposed lots into the sewer on
Diana Lane.
Mr. Lee should obtain estimates from his engineer and surveyor
regarding the sewer service since it will require easements in
either case over land which he does not control.
