TO: PLANNING COMPMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL <br />SUBJECT : STAFF REPORT CONCERNING, <br />KNUDSON PROPERTY DIVISION <br />Property Zoned - R -1- <br />On Sept. -12, -1979, the Council approved a proposed property <br />subdivision for Mr. Knudson. ( Res. no. 79 -9 -435). The minutes <br />indicate the proposed property division was for -3- lots. Mr. <br />Knudson submitted a diagram of the proposal. ( copy of diagram <br />on page 4- of this report) The minutes indicated the proposed <br />property division was approved that: A). Survey's are to be presented <br />and if Mr. Tagg still owns the property his signature may have to <br />appear on the deed. <br />No survey's were presented to the clerk nor any deed of tranfer. <br />According to Sec. 1004.080 -C- you have 60 days to record the <br />Subdivision. ( Old Code) Division never recorded. <br />PROCEEDURE . <br />Application : See Page -1- of this report. <br />Fee: $ 100.00 paid. <br />Zoned- R -1- PROPOSED DIVISION IS FOR -TWO (2) LOTS <br />Lot requirements: See New Zoning Ord. Page -42 -and 43- <br />( Lot size : 140 x 75 = 10,500 sq ft.)* <br />* Proposed division. see surveys pages - 2 - & -3- <br />of this report. <br />SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES SEE SUBDIVISION ORD. (RED BOOK) <br />Pages- 4 & 5 - Sec. 1004. <br />Procedure for Platting and Subdivision are the same <br />except in a simple subdivision the public hearing is <br />waived. <br />ENGINEER: HAS REVIEWED THE PROPOSED DIVISION AND HAS NO OBJECTIONS. <br />24--8 <br />Dad <br />d <br />
