ADOPTING THE ORDINANCE. <br />From an enforcement standpoint, it would be ideal if all of our <br />contract cities adopted the same or similar -type ordinance. The model <br />ordinance we are presenting was researched through the League of Minnesota <br />Cities, State PCA, Federal EPA, Bloomington and St. Louis Park, Minnesota. <br />We would like to invite all of the City Managers to meet at the <br />Shoreview City Hall on Thursday, May 15, 1980, at 10:00 a.m. to discuss <br />this ordinance, particularly the prohibition section.
