ZONING CODE be issued for the building of homes on groups of such lots or fractions thereof as single lots providing the minimum lot width and area. Building permits shall not be issued for any construction or under- sized contiguous lots in single ownership. (c) In residence districts there shall be no more than one (1) principal building on one (1) lot. The words "principal building" shall be given their common and ordinary interpretation; in case of doubt, on any question of interpretation, the decision of the building inspector shall be final. 9.13.030, ACCESSORY BUILDINGS, RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS. (a) No accessory building, other than a garage shall be located within any yard other than the rear yard. 3 i(b) Accessory buildings shall not exceed fifteen (15) feet in height, such buildings shall conform with all of the setback regulations as set forth in this Code except that garages, detached and constructed in back yards may have a side yard set -back of not less than five (5) feet. 913.040. SET -BACK EXEMPTIONS. The following shall not be considered as encroach- ments on setback requirements: (a) Chimneys, flues, belt courses, leaders, sills, pilasters, lintels, cornices, eaves, gutters and,the like provided they do not project more than (2) feet. '(b) Steps, uncovered porches or similar features provided they do not extend above the height of the ground floor level of the principal structure or a distance of less than (2) feet from any lot line. Fences which do not exceed 32 feet in height.
