Sprosty
232 Maria Avenue
St Paul, Minnesota 55106
RE: Unpermitted Filling of Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Blomquist Lakeside
Addition
Dear Mr. Sprotsy:
This confirms that an inspection of the above referenced property was
conducted by Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and Little Canada
officials on March 27, 1980. Solid wastes in the form of demolition
debris, chunks of asphalt, tires, household garbage and other rubbish
were observed at this time.
The deposition of solid wastes without first obtaining a permit to do
so, is a violation of Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Solid Waste
Rule SW -5, as well as Ramsey County Ordinances.
It is the request of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency that the
referred to solid waste present on your property be covered with a mini-
mum of two (2) feet of earthen material by May 1, 1980. It follows that
no fill materials other than clean earthen material (which does not include
concrete or asphalt) be used in this fill project. In addition, you are
requested to place a sign in a conspicuous location near the road access,
which specifies the type of fill which is not acceptable by May 1, 1980.
An inspection of your property will be conducted by this Agency sometime
after May 1, 1980, to check on your compliance with these requests.
Phone .,612_297 -2726
1935 West County Road 92, Roseville, Minnesota 55113
Reaonal Offices Duluth ;Brainerd: Detroit Lakes'Marshalll Rochester
Equal Opportunely Employer
