1. Name and residence address of the developer; <br />2. Name and residence address of any operator or agent actively managing <br />the rental dwelling or building proposed to be converted to condominium status; <br />3. Street address of said rental dwelling or building; <br />4. Number and kind of units within said rental dwelling or building <br />including: <br />(a) Approximate square footage of each unit in said <br />rental dwelling or building; <br />(b) Number of bedrooms in each such unit; <br />(c) Amount of rent charged for each such unit during <br />the previous six months; <br />(d) Number of persons residing in each such unit, approximate <br />age and length of occupanty; <br />(e) Vacanty rate of said rental dwelling or building during <br />the previous six month period. <br />2701.140. PERMIT FEES. The City Clerk before issuing any permit as <br />required by this Chapter, shall require the payment by the applicant of a fee <br />in the amount of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each unit in the rental dwelling or <br />building proposed to be converted to a condominium status. <br />2701.150. GROUNDS FOR DENIAL. The City Council may deny an application <br />if it is found that the proposed conversion to condominium status would tend to <br />have an adverse City -wide effect on displacement of the elderly and persons with <br />day -care age and school age children. An application may also be denied if it <br />is found that availability of rental housing in the area is less than the 4% <br />housing vacancy rate established City -wide. An application may also be denied <br />for any other just cause." <br />Section 2. <br />Thisordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />passage and publication. <br />Passed by the Council of the City <br />of Little Canada, this _ day <br />of January, 1980. <br />Attest: <br />City Clerk <br />MAYOR <br />Ayes - <br />Nays - <br />-6- i3• • 10 <br />
