Chlebeck, Clerk <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />RE: Review of City of Little Canada <br />Comprehensive Plan <br />Received on November 26, 1980 <br />Metropolitan Council District No. 4 <br />Metropolitan Council Referral File No. 8595 -2 <br />Dear Mr. Chlebeck: <br />300 Metro Square Building <br />Saint Paul, Minnesota 55101 <br />Telephone 612/291 -6359 <br />The Metropolitan Council received from the City notice that the <br />Comprehensive Plan for the City has been submitted for review <br />under provisions of MS 473.858. <br />The Council has made preliminary examination of this plan and <br />finds that the pre- review procedural requirements of the Planning <br />Act appear to have been met. With this finding that these require- <br />ments are met, the Chairman has ordered that the review of the <br />plan be commenced by the Council. A copy of that order is <br />enclosed which commences the review as of December 2, 1980. <br />A determination of the adequacy of this plan for review purposes <br />has not been made at this time. This determination will be made <br />in accord with provisions in the Local Plan Review Procedure, and <br />if inadequacy is found, the City may request the review provided <br />in Section 2.6 of the Procedure.
