Sanitary sewer and water are available on Viking Drive.
These are adequate to serve the development. However,
a watermain should eventually be extended through the
property and connected on County Road B2 so as to complete
a loop.
2. We would also recommend that the main road serving
the development be completed from Viking Drive to County
Road B2 so as to avoid congestion at Rice and Viking Dr.
3. Since there is no drainage outlet from this area, it is
imperative that the ponds be left large enough to handle a
100 year storm. Mr. Burow has stated that it is his intention
to conform to this requirement and to preserve as much of the
natural area as possible.
4. The West 1/2 of Jackson Street should be dedicated at this
time.
DOC:bj
Yours truly,
MILNE,R -,W. CARLEY &,ASSOCIATES, INC.
fL
fnnald 0. Carley,
er„
