Therefore, a Department of <br />Natural Resources (DNR) permit would not be required for filling <br />that site. <br />From a wildlife standpoint, however, this wetland provides habitat <br />for many species of wildlife which utilize Gervais Lake and the <br />connected open water lagoon.
