As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Lametti & Sons, Inc. The <br />total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $287,198.00. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $14,359.90 and previous payments of $128,704.10, the <br />amount due the Contractor is $144,134.00. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the installation of MH 125A along with the slip <br />lining of the new 12" pipe within the 48" pipe and service connections west of Edgerton <br />Street. We have inspected the work performed by Lametti & Sons and find it to be in <br />compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
