Hanson <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: April 30, 2013 <br />RE: Call for Workshop Meeting <br />May 22, 2013 — 6:00 p.m. <br />Based on the adopted Action Plans for 2013 Goals, staff is requesting a Workshop Meeting with <br />the Council to review the progress made on specific goals as noted below. <br />1. Remodel City Center; <br />2. Re- evaluate Commission Process and Develop By -Laws; <br />3. Increase Community Involvement- Diversity; <br />4. Develop Plan for Owasso /Woodlyn Redevelopment Area; <br />5. Evaluate Business Retention /Expansion Program; <br />6. Develop Policy for Burying of Power Lines; <br />7. Continue to Move Forward with New Public Works Garage; <br />8. Pursue Shared Multi- Family Patrol Position. <br />The recommendation is that the Workshop be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. <br />
