MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 7, 2006 <br />The Administrator anticipated that he may be able to present a setClement <br />proposal to the Council at its December 20`h meeting if things progress <br />well over the next couple of meetings. If not, the Council could take <br />action at that meeting to initiate a lawsuit. The council reiterated their <br />desire to work with Vadnais Heights to resolve this issue in a mutually <br />satisfactory arrangement. <br />VOUCHERS Mr. Montour introduced Che following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-12-288 -APPROVING THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (3). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ADJOURN Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-I2-289 -ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (3). <br />Nays (0).
