SSOCIATES INco. %4
Consulting Engineers land Surveyor
City Council
City of Little Canada
515 East Little Canada Rd.
Little Canada, MN 55117
500 West Highway 96
St. Paul, Minnesota 55112
484 -3301
February 5. 1987
RE: Improvement 87 -1 (Soo Street)
Dear Council Members:
We met with most of the owners of property affected
by Improvement 87 -1 yesterday.
The opinions expressed about further action ranged
from building a part of Soo Street (that is from Owasso
Street to the McGough property) to doing absolutely
nothing.
Ironically, nothing has been heard from Cellular One
which precipitated the whole action in the first place.
No conculsions were arrived at as to what to do next.
However, I got the impression that there are three
underlying factors in which there is a general agreement:
1. Most of the owners desire to expand their
buildings.
2. Appendix "E" (sprinkling regulation) is of great
concern to all owners.
3. The future of the Gervais property which controls
the routing of the storm and sanitary sewer is also
a concern and it was felt by all present that this
phase be delayed until the development of the
Gervais property.
fEB
CITY OF
LITTLE
