545R SIGNATURE AND NONLITIGATION CERTIFICATE STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF LITTLE CANADA We, the undersiyned, being respectively the duly qualified and acting Mayor and Clerk- Treasurer of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that we did, in our official capacities as such officers, sign our own proper names by facsimile signature, attested by the manual signature of a person or persons authorized on behalf of First Trust Company, Inc., St. Paul, MN duly designated by the City Council as Bond Registrar and authenticating agent (the corporate seal of the City having been intentionally omitted as permitted by law), on the City's $2,345,000 General Obligation Bonds of 1986, consisting of $1,515,000 General Obligation Storm Sewer Bonds of 1986, $340,000 General Obligation State - Aid Street Bonds of 1986 and $490,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1986 (the "Bonds "), dated August 1, 1986, as the date of original issue, and numbered from R -1 upward, each in the denomination of $5,000 or any integral multiple thereof.
