The subdivision will convert five sub- <br />standard lots which fronton the vacated portion of Lake Street to two lots <br />fronting on Sylvan. Each new lot meets or exceeds the Zoning Ordinance <br />requirements for R -1, Single Family lots with regard to both width and area. <br />One item which must be addressed is the submission of a certificate of <br />survey. Mr. Graczyk is requeSting a non - platted subdivision, however, a <br />survey is required to document the various lot dimensions.
