1.18 -87
FROM: Dr. George M. Krienke, 111 West County Road 'C', Little Canada
TO: Members of the Council of the City of Little Canada
SUBJ: Request:
1. A partial land division
2. Construction of additional parking spaces
Dear Members of the Council of the City of Little Canada:
We have been at our present location for ten years and have been happy
with our buildings, land, and development except for a few things.
Our parking spaces are on a sloped area and it becomes difficult for
many of our Elderly Citizens in our and surrounding communities to
navigate this small slope, especially with their pet dog or cat in
their arms. With the new additional parking spaces as indicated, the
problem would be greatly alleviated. The extra spaces at the North
end of the building would be for for the Staff parking.
The land division became necessary as we became aware that the
proposed developers of these four plus (4 +) acres needed extra footage
between the Clinic boundry lines and Rice Street. A number of
interested developers stated that an additional twenty (20) feet would
give them the extra area that's needed for a proposal for the land
use.
Therefore, I'm requesting the following:
1. That 20 feet be removed from the Clinic property (111 West
Co.Rd.'C') and added to the property known as 2680 Rice St.(the
property to the West of the Clinic)
A. The property to be transferred represents approximately
0.07 acre.
B. The Clinic land consists of approximately over one /half
acre.
2. We are requesting four (4) additional parking spaces on the
South side of the Clinic (between the Clinic and County Road 'C') and
eight (8) spaces to be located on the North side of the Clinic.
3. The green shrubbery and spruce trees as well as the grassy
areas would remain undesturbed.
Respectfully submitted;
Gedrge/M. Krienk:e \DVM
26
