4. The Department shall fully and completely report all <br />facts, information, and data required by the City as <br />specified on the form to be provided by the City for that <br />purpose, and such form shall be subscribed by the Chief or <br />other officer of the Corporation who was in charge and <br />present at the fire so reported. <br />5. The City assumes no responsibility hereby for any <br />acts of the Department, nor for any injuries or losses to <br />members 'or to the equipment or trucks of the Department; and <br />the Department hereby agrees to keep its men, equipment, and <br />trucks properly covered by insurance at no expense to the <br />City, so as to protect the Department, its members, and any <br />third persons from any loss by reason of negligence or <br />misconduct on the part of the Department or its' members. <br />6. In addition, the City of Little Canada shall pay to <br />the Little Canada Volunteer Fire Relief Association the sum <br />of $13,500.00 (Thirteen thousand five hundred). <br />7.
