LAND SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION TO PLAT <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 505.174, Laws of Minnesota, D. Edward <br />Ames; the undersigned, a Licensed Land Surveyor in and for the State of <br />Minnesota, declares as follows: <br />1. That I prepared the plat of ROUND LAKE ESTATES dated May 7, 1984 and <br />filed on December 11, 1984 in the Office of the Registrar of Titles, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, in Book 34 of Plats, pages 38 and 39 as <br />Document Number 769741. <br />2. That said plat contains an error in the bearing note on Sheet 2 of 2 <br />Sheets stating Section 6, Township 29, Range 23. <br />3.
