ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 209.120(A) <br />RELATING TO SICK LEAVE <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 209.120.(A) of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Little Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 209.120. Sick Leave. <br />(A) Full time employees shall accrue sick leave benefits at <br />the rate of one working day for each calendar month of employment <br />or major fraction thereof. Permanent part time employees shall <br />accrue sick leave benefits based on the average number of hours <br />worked per week by such employee and in accordance with the <br />following schedule: <br />Rate of Sick Leave Accrual <br />Average Hours Worked Per Calendar Month <br />Less than 20 0 <br />20 - 23 3/4 Day <br />24 or more 9/10 Day <br />Sick leave pay shall be computed at the regular rate of pay to <br />which such employee is entitled.
