The basic arrangement for work remains unchanged, <br />as does the monthly retainer for $500 to cover one Planning Commission meeting, <br />one City Council meeting and two staff hour sessions. <br />The primary modifications are the hourly charges on case work which are billed <br />on a time and materials basis. The hourly fees have been updated to the current <br />charge rates applicable to all our clients. <br />I assume this matter will go before the City Council at the first meeting in <br />January.
